Oxford Composite Wood – Product Warranty

At Oxford Composite Wood, we are committed to delivering long-lasting, high-quality composite products for both residential and commercial use. Our products are backed by a Limited Warranty to give you peace of mind with every purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • Woodgrain Composite Products – 10-Year Limited Warranty
  • Premium Composite Products – 20-Year Limited Warranty
  • Woodgrain Commercial Use – Up to 5-Year Limited Warranty
  • Premium Commercial Use – Up to 10-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty applies only to products purchased and used within the United Kingdom.

What’s Covered

  • Structural failure due to manufacturing defects
  • Damage from fungal decay or termite infestation
  • Cracking, rotting, splitting, or warping under normal conditions
  • Excessive fading or staining from sunlight and weather exposure

What’s Not Covered

  • Improper installation not following Oxford Composite Wood guidelines
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, fire, flooding, or extreme weather
  • Surface scratches or stains from chemicals or foreign substances
  • Movement or warping caused by poor substructure or drainage

Claim Process

  1. Email us at info@oxfordcompositewood.co.uk
  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs
  3. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of noticing the defect

Once approved, we will either:

  • Replace the affected material
  • Provide a partial refund as per the refund schedule below

Standard Products – 10-Year Warranty

2–4 years 60%
4–5 years 40%
5–6 years 20%
6–8 years 10%
8–10 years 5%

Premium Products – 20-Year Warranty

Years in Use Replacement Amount
0–3 years 90%
3–6 years 70%
6–9 years 50%
9–12 years 30%
12–15 years 15%
15–20 years 5%

Products beyond the warranty period are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Additional Terms

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Installation and maintenance must follow Oxford Composite Wood guidelines
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to UK customers
  • Oxford Composite fasteners and fixings must be used for installation
