Shipping policy

We are doing our best to deliver your goods in 3-5 days after receiving the order.

COMPOSITE DECKING AND CLADDING 

Our team member will contact you to arrange suitable date and time for delivery. We will also contact you one hour before arrival. Please make sure there is someone available to receive and sign for the delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to leave goods unattended, so in the case you will not be able to receive delivery contact us 

for arranging suitable time and date. 

 

MIRROR 

All orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days after receiving full payment. 

Mirrors are packed well and secure with additional protection, however is a fragile product and damage in transit

can happen occasionally. 

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PARCEL ON THE ARRIVAL AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE TO THE DRIVER.
